This project grew on me only a few weeks before I was heading to Indonesia.
I was looking for stuff to ride and I fell on Jérôme Clementz's video about riding the Mount Rinjani, 2nd highest peak and active volcano in Indonesia.
The climb is pretty challenging. 2 days hike, 2600 meters of vertical, 19kms one way, it was a challenge I was looking forward to face.
So it's with the bike on my back and the help of a few locals that we started hitting the trail of Mount Rinjani.

Blenki is absolutely flying this season.
Way back in February he bagged the win at the Oceania Championships, before turning his attention to Crankworx Rotorua and winning that too.
To carry on that great form, Sam headed to San Romolo a few weeks before the first Downhill World Cup in Lošinj – to tune up and maybe even enjoy some Italian winter sun.
