Freestyle windsurfing - gybing back-to-front. When sailing back-to-front, go downwind, the board will gybe. Don't move your feet: board and sail will turn all by themselves !

Use daggerboard with front foot. Take time to stabilise (but then board goes upwind), or do early and then you're not stable yet - your choice. Will be easier with any modern board with shorter booms.
