This is the final part of the MTB/XC circuit #11 in the area of the Salagou Lake in the south of France. It is a narrow footpath with beautiful views on the valley below (Les Plans), starting from the Grezac plateau, down to the city of Lodève.
The first part of this circuit (not filmed here) is a very long and almost uninterrupted climb on "DFCIs" (large access tracks for the firefighters).
