THE NESCAFÉ CHAMPS IS BACK ! For the CHAMPS and those who have followed the event for 19 years, the 2010 winter cant arrive soon enough. The oldest competition in Europe will return to its resort of origin at LEYSIN. That is not the only good news, the long time partner of the CHAMPS will return and re-baptize the event NESCAFÉ CHAMPS.

A big week is in store for the 5Star NESCAFÉ CHAMPS Leysin as the event prepares to celebrate its 20th anniversary. This event has brought many young talents into the limelight and continues to do so with its progressive slopestyle course that includes a superpipe into the setup. Top male and female athletes from all over Europe will be heading to Leysin, Switzerland next week from Feburary 5th to 8th 2011, to compete for a share in the $50,000 USD prize purse and a maximum of 850 Swatch TTR...

4 film productions are in Leysin with PVS Company and Inspired Media Concept for the freeskiers and KBR production and Method Mag Team for the snowboarders. After 4 first days of shooting in Leysin, Les Mosses, Les Diablerets, Glacier 3000 and Villars, here are the first images. Saturday 15th of March, the films will be presented at the Place to Be for the first Freestyle Film Awards here in Leysin for the Champs Open.
