For a fourth time Rock A Rail invited the worlds leading snowboarders for a weekend in Holland that included indoor riding, partying, and the most progressive rail competition we've ever witnessed. On an updated and improved version of last year's set up in the middle of The Hague, Netherlands, riders from all over the globe rode to the sound of more than 3.000 shouting fans.

A three day snowboard camp at Montana Snowcenter, barbecuing, snowboarding until midnight, Octopus premiere, parties, and lot's of mayhem that took it's toll on the video. Held in August when no other glacier was opened, we in Holland count ourselves lucky to have these indoor slopes.

Periscoping, our third movie, is about a group of snowboarders from Holland, a country so flat it's even located under sealevel. We set out this winter to explore new higher countries and be a less Dutch production in general. This goal was realised when we heard we won Best Am movie at The Reels film festival.
We traveled to Lithuania, Finland, Poland were even able to film a few weeks in Holland.

PERISCOPING IS DROPPING 13th NOVEMBER
Last month we've been traveling all round Europe showing the movie everywhere we went. Between our premieres in Munich and Innsbruck we went up the Kaunertal and Stubai glaciers for a shred with Kas Lemmens, Max De Vries, Bob Van Unnik, Ollie Dutton and Will Smith.

A few days before the Rock A Rail we brought some riders together at Montana Snowcenter. The park was not as well set up as during one of the Rail Riots events, but we were able to set up a rail behind that stall thing within 5 minutes, and had enough to enjoy the first shred of the season.

The Reels film festival in France just rewarded us with an award for best am film of the year. We couldn't be more hyped and already celebrated this but to share our joy with you we decided to edit up Kas' shots that he didn't think were good enough for either of his full parts
Kas has 2 full parts: one in Periscoping and one in Random Bastard's Daggers, not a single shot is used in both productions, and the same goes for this footage.

Being able to ride in summer is awesome but Les Deux Alpes is far from perfect so we brought beers and bananas because they make everything better.
First 4 days at the Garage Camp with Garbage Gang was chill and after that some dutch kiddie camp mayhem.

We where stoked to spend a few days in Dachstein again this summer but less happy to get up the mountain not able to see anything. 3 days of rain and fog we still decided to pull the camera out for a few laps.

Last saturday we held the first out of three Rail Riots of this summer. Kas Lemmens designed the park and put it all in good shape together with the Montana crew.
A whole day of shredding with no rules or guidelines, parents panicked, riders bled, boards snapped, and everybody laughed a lot.

Spring Sessions is the way to end your season in Europe. We went there with Kas Lemmens and Wessel Van Lierop and tried to film some laps over the slushy moguls, perfect days. Only bad thing was that Wessel broke his collarbone on his first attempt for a shot, typical end of season.
