Quiksilver Snowjam is going to be held on March 4-5 2011, in Spindleruv Mlyn resort again. As in previous years, Quiksilver is bringing you the opportunity to enjoy the best snowboarding you can see in the Czech Republic this year. You can look forward to see the World Big Air Champion, Finnish rider, Markku Koski defend his last year's victory, as well as, other international stars, such as the French rider Mathieu Crépel, winner of two world championships and who holds the first TTR Tour Champion title. These athletes will fighting for the victory with strong competitors, the best Czech riders, such as Jan Necas, Matej Novak or Martin Cernik, who will again assume the role of a co-organizer.

It was a dramatic snowboard competition at Spinlderuv Mlyn today. The best tricks in the unique super slopestyle contest were performed by finnish rider Markku Koski. He won the Quiksilver Snowjam, which is the final event of the O2 Snowboard Tour - one of the biggest Czech snowboard events. Seppe Smits may come from a country with no mountains whatsoever, but this is not deterring him from chasing his dream of rising up the TTR rankings. Seppe grew up as a 'Fridge Kid', learning how to ride on Belgium's dry slopes before actually shredding a real mountain for the first time during 1999 in Gerlos, Austria. You would think growing up on dry slope limits the skill set of a young rider, however, Seppe can do it all and has proved this multiple times already.
