Samuele Porro and Damiano Ferraro took the overall stage win and Annika Langvad won the stage in the Women’s category with Ariane Kleinhans, but only by five seconds!

German mountain-biking legend Sabine Spitz and her Ukranian partner Yana Belomoina were queens of Boschendal Wine Estate today when they won Stage 5 in a time of 4:51.06,5. just head of defending champions Annika Langvad and Ariane Kleinhans.

8 Days of Courage culminated at the Grand Finale of the 2016 Absa Cape Epic today! In the Men’s category Manual Fumic and Henrique Avancini took the final stage win with Karl Platt and Urs Huber winning overall.
