While the event favorite Courtney Conlogue (USA) was in fine form, some big names fell victim to the tough conditions of the Le Penon beach. With local favorite and Swatch Pro Team surfer Pauline Ado (FRA) bowing out, along with Sage Erickson (USA), the event is already bringing surprises. I took a trip to Ft. Lauderdale FL to visit friends and family. While there I decided to go paddle boarding and diving at Lauderdale Diver, a PADI 5 star agency!
They are 3 mins away from Ft Lauderdale Beach and offer onsite parking. I booked myself for two wreck dives with a dive master. If you are visiting Ft Lauderdale or Miami you should try diving with them.

The GKA Big Air Kite World Cup 2023 season kicked off in Barcarès (FRA) from April 1st to 2nd. The event was 100% dedicated to the twin-tip Big Air discipline for a total of 24 men and 12 women from 13 different nations. The final offered challenging conditions for the riders and plenty of excitement for the spectators.

The first event of the GKA Twin-tip Big Air season is about to kick-off at the famous Lords of Tram event at Barcarès in southern France. Twenty-four men and 12 women are registered for the event, including most of the top names in Big Air kiteboarding, promising a spectacular show. King of the Court kicked off its 2023 Crown Series in Miami Beach, Florida, USA. Some of the biggest stars of Beach Volleyball were present from March 10th-12th, 2023. Originally a popular training format, King of the Court has developed into an exhilarating new beach volleyball format.
