Zapiks.com is a service that allows its users to broadcast their action sports photos and videos.
We stipulate that it is a prerequisite that our users respect other persons and entities, their private life as well as their intellectual property rights. By using our services the user accepts not to use them for any illegal purpose (slandering, racism, harassments, and so on and so forth) or any other action likely to harm the well functioning of Zapiks. We remind our users that - in accordance with French law - Zapiks keeps information about connections and uploads and will communicate them to the appropriate authorities when requested to do so.
By submitting a photo or video, the user affirms to have the necessary rights, licenses or permissions for its publication.
Users retain all of their ownership rights for content uploaded on Zapiks, but by accepting the current conditions, they grant Zapiks the non-exclusive right to use and republish the content, free of royalties.
