O'Neill Cold Water Classic 2010 Scotland - Highlight Day 1

With the sun shining, a solid three to four foot swell at Brims Ness and light winds, this is no ordinary day at the O’Neill Cold Water Classic Scotland. Jarrad Howse tells us about the first day in Brims Ness, Thurso. For him Thurso is the perfect canvas for the O’Neill Cold Water Classic Series with its icy water, powerful waves and slaty reefs. In Heat 4 Kevin Sullivan (HAW) progresses to the next round with a solid heat score and some tube time. In Heat 6 German surfer Nicolaus Rupp (DEU) makes it through the next round with solid backend surfing. Billy Stairmand (NZL) surfs the highest score of the day and makes it to the Round of 96.
